I've created a number of Max 4 Live devices that are available from maxforlive.com.

The devices that are currently available are:

Simple Volume V1 - a simple midi volume fader that is mappable to external controllers.

Simple Pan V3 - a simple pan control that is mappable to external controllers.  Features a control bypass switch and a quick centre button.

Novation Bass Station Control - a small control panel that allows control and automation of all MIDI controllable parameters on a novation bass station.

Roland TB03 Controller - a control panel for the Roland TB03 for monitoring and control of all parameters on the TB03.
